Trend Report 10.6.20

This week, we heard from Natalie McGeeney about #Experiential trends.

Drive-in and drive-thru events are back! With large events still on hold, companies are finding creative ways to connect with consumers from their cars. To launch their new meatless patties, Impossible Foods created “The Great Patty Pick-Up Party” at a carwash in LA. Next week, Resy has teamed up with American Express for a 10-course drive-thru featuring some of the best chefs in LA. Studios are also getting creative – Hulu has created a #Huluween experience that will feature 4-nights of spooky with photo activations, live entertainment and screenings. #Disney+ has taken over the #BarkerHanger in Santa Monica for a Drive-In Festival. Throughout this month, families can get the chance to share a movie night out. Tickets for the drive-in and drive-thru events go quickly so we recommend you get them early!
