Trend Report 5.3.22

This week, we heard from Leeza Sanfilippo about #Tech, #Appliances, #Electronics, and #WearableTech trends.

Tech companies big and small are continuously innovating, and there is no shortage of exciting new gadgets this year. Meta doesn’t just want to sell its devices but will be opening a retail store on May 9th for people to try them out including their latest VR headset (the Quest 2), Portal video chat devices, and AR Ray-ban smart glasses. Nimo Planet wants you to replace your laptop when you’re on the go with its glasses that feature dual displays that will serve up to six virtual screens. Snap’s latest tools are changing the social media game – larger scale cloud-leaning AR filters, AR shopping experiences, and a mini drone that follows you to capture videos and photos.
